Design is thinking made visual
I design the system, not the screen. On Wipro Quantum I led three of the four enterprise workstreams — order to cash, hire to retire, records to reports — redesigning how an entire organisation runs. For a global beauty company I mapped one product across four continents and roughly 300 days, to find the disruption no single team could see.
Twenty-one years of finding where an experience breaks, and fixing the cause instead of the symptom. At Wipro I created CXA — Customer Experience Assurance — a new practice built with designers, consultants and subject experts. The team I led turned CX measurement into a working handbook of 37 KPIs, so quality stopped being a matter of opinion.
Four years designing decision products at Fractal, and now my own company. I built a competitor-intelligence product for the user nobody designs for — the CXO — with a team of twelve. I have taught more than 550 hours of design thinking and Experience Design for AI, and in 2026 I co-founded Fluid Intelligence to do this work full time.
This is where I started, and I never left it. Interactive learning, mascots and characters, motion and interfaces for GE, UNDP, Kone and Motorola — work that lifted learner engagement by 80%. Running beside it, a street photography practice with four solo exhibitions and three awards.
I have asked people to move their money to a screen they had never met. Trading and banking apps for Angel Broking, Kotak, IndusInd and three more financial brands, where one unclear screen costs someone real money. At DTCC I built one design language across more than 200 applications.
Every design is a bet on how people will behave. I use behavioural science to make risk visible before someone taps confirm, and to build the habits that decide whether a new AI tool gets used or quietly ignored. It is the discipline underneath everything else on this list.
